Paradigm Integrated Facility Service was selected thru competitive bidding and engaged for maintaining Purva Venezia Apartment Complex having 1332 apartments) and provide various services for a period of 3 years wef 1st June 2019. 

After completing 3 years with satisfactory performance, working with 3 different Management Committees, their contract was renewed for 1 more year wef 1st June 22.
