Garden staff will be able to operate Garden and Landscaping equipment, Trimming, Nursery development, Planting, Manure preparation, and dozing, identify the pest-affected plants and trees, and applying of pesticides.

Managers: The Paradigm Sustainability Facility Professional (PSFP) credential is a time-tested credential that helps our Facility Managers make data-driven decisions and understand sustainable best practices.

Knowledge of Plumbing materials like the size of pipes & fittings and operation of water treatment plant equipment are also imparted.
Security Staff are trained in Fire and Safety norms, Visitor Management, Patrolling techniques, Incident reporting, Access Control, Handling Emergencies, Threat Management, Surveillance techniques, dealing with conflicts and resolution, First Aid, handling difficult situations, communication skills, and defensive tactics. The training covers all the necessary skills required for them to perform their job with utmost efficiency and effectiveness. Regular training and workshops are conducted to keep their skills updated and to ensure that they are equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
